The legal terms governing your use of Arena Rush. Read carefully. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Arena Rush ("Arena Rush", "we", "us", "our"), a sole proprietorship based in Goa, India, governing your access to and use of the Arena Rush mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms operate subject to applicable law, including the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and Rules made thereunder (the "Gaming Act"), the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Income Tax Act, 1961, and applicable GST laws. Arena Rush will comply with directions and orders issued by any Authority constituted under the Gaming Act and by other competent regulators.

Users shall not access or participate in paid tournaments from a jurisdiction where such participation is unlawful. As of the effective date of these Terms, paid skill-based gaming is restricted, prohibited, or requires additional licensing in:
Users declaring residence in these states will be blocked from accessing paid tournaments. Arena Rush may verify user location through registered address, device IP, and payment method origin. Providing false location information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for account termination and forfeiture of any wallet balance.
Arena Rush hosts skill-based esports tournaments for popular mobile games including Garena Free Fire and Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). Tournament outcomes are determined by verifiable in-game telemetry — kills, damage dealt, placement, time survived, and objective completion — measured directly from official game results. Outcomes depend predominantly on player skill, strategy, and reflexes rather than chance.
Arena Rush is not a gambling platform. All tournaments are structured as games of skill within the meaning of applicable Indian law and precedents including the Supreme Court decisions in K.R. Lakshmanan v. State of Tamil Nadu (1996) and State of Andhra Pradesh v. K. Satyanarayana (1968), and consistent with the e-sport classification under the Gaming Act, 2025.
Tournament formats do not include randomised game mechanics that create material chance advantages in performance outcomes. Scoring is deterministic and based on verifiable metrics published in each tournament rulebook before the match begins.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Arena Rush is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account.
Users may deposit funds into the Arena Rush Wallet via approved payment methods (UPI, card, netbanking). The Wallet consists of three distinct balances:
Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually by our team as an anti-fraud measure. Typical processing time: 24 to 48 hours during business days. Withdrawals may be delayed for additional verification if flagged by our fraud checks.
For withdrawals equal to or exceeding Rs 10,000, users must complete KYC verification including:
Arena Rush reserves the right to require KYC for any withdrawal amount if suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawals will be held until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
Per Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, Arena Rush is required to deduct Tax at Source (TDS) at 30% on net winnings from online games at the time of withdrawal or at the end of the financial year, whichever is earlier. TDS certificates (Form 16A) will be issued to affected users. Users are responsible for reporting income and TDS on their income tax returns.

Violations may result in forfeiture of entries, freezing of winnings, permanent account ban, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.
Tournament disputes must be raised within 15 minutes of match end via the in-app Report Issue feature. Arena Rush reviews every dispute manually before releasing payouts. Our decisions on match outcomes are final and binding.
Entries are final. Once you have confirmed and paid for a tournament entry, the entry fee is non-refundable and the entry cannot be cancelled by you under any circumstances. Please review tournament details carefully before joining.
Automatic refunds apply only where Arena Rush cancels a tournament, fails to release room credentials on time, or where a technical failure prevents the match from being played. See our Refund Policy for the full list of refund-eligible scenarios, timelines, and withdrawal reversal rules.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Arena Rush grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Wallet balances (Deposit, Winning, Bonus) represent your current entitlement under this license to participate in tournaments and, subject to Section 5.2 (KYC) and Section 5.3 (TDS), to withdraw eligible balances. Balances are personal to your account, are not transferable to another user, and cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged outside Arena Rush.
Arena Rush reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or forfeit balances in cases of: confirmed cheating; account sharing; use of multiple accounts; fraudulent payment activity; violation of Section 6 (Prohibited Conduct); or any breach of these Terms. Where forfeiture occurs, affected users will be notified with reason and provided an opportunity to appeal via arenarushesports@gmail.com within 15 days of notification.
All content on the Platform including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software is the property of Arena Rush or its licensors. Free Fire is a trademark of Garena. BGMI is a trademark of Krafton. Arena Rush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena or Krafton.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arena Rush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Arena Rush in the preceding twelve (12) months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
