1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct that is prohibited
when using Arena Rush. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service
and applies to all users of the Platform.
2. Fair play
Arena Rush exists so Indian players can compete on a level field. The following are
strictly prohibited:
- Emulators — playing on PC via emulator (e.g., Gameloop, BlueStacks, LDPlayer) is banned in all mobile tournaments;
- Cheat software — aim-bots, wall-hacks, radar hacks, auto-aim scripts, macro tools;
- Modified game clients — unofficial versions of Free Fire or BGMI;
- Boosted accounts — using accounts leveled or ranked by another player;
- Teaming — coordinating with players from other squads to eliminate competitors;
- Match-fixing — pre-arranging outcomes for financial gain.
3. Account integrity
- One account per person. Multiple accounts (smurfing) is prohibited.
- Do not share your account credentials or allow anyone else to play on your account.
- Do not sell, transfer, or trade Arena Rush accounts.
- Do not create accounts for other people or use fake information during registration.
4. Community conduct
Arena Rush is a shared space for Indian gamers. Do not:
- Use hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language;
- Harass, threaten, or bully other users;
- Post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content in usernames, squad names, or messages;
- Impersonate Arena Rush staff, tournament hosts, or other players;
- Spam, phish, or attempt to defraud other users.
5. Financial integrity
- Do not use Arena Rush for money laundering, tax evasion, or any illegal financial activity;
- Do not use stolen payment methods, fraudulent cards, or compromised UPI IDs;
- Do not attempt chargebacks after using deposited funds for tournament entries;
- Do not exploit bonus or referral systems through fake accounts or fraudulent means.
6. Platform integrity
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- Do not scrape data, use bots, or automate interactions with the Platform;
- Do not attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain (report them to us instead);
- Do not attempt to bypass geographical or age restrictions.
7. Match integrity and connection issues
Arena Rush is not responsible for match performance affected by your personal internet
connection, device, or environment. The following do not qualify for
refunds or match re-runs:
- Slow or unstable internet on your end;
- App minimized during match due to incoming calls or notifications;
- Battery drain, device overheating, or app force-closure;
- Interference from other apps or device permissions;
- Failure to accept in-game invitations or join the room in time.
Please ensure a stable connection, sufficient battery, and Do Not Disturb mode enabled
before joining a paid tournament.
8. Room ID and password delivery
Room credentials (Room ID and password) will be released 15 minutes before match
time via in-app notification and visible on the Tournament Detail screen. It is
your responsibility to:
- Open the app and check the tournament detail screen at match time;
- Enable push notifications for Arena Rush;
- Join the room before the match starts (usually a 5-minute grace window).
Failure to join the room before match start results in no entry and no refund,
unless credentials were not released by Arena Rush on time.
9. Kicked or disconnected mid-match
If you are kicked from the room without cause, or disconnected due to game server issues
not caused by your device, you may raise a refund request through the in-app
Report Issue button within 15 minutes of match end. Include:
- Screenshot or screen recording showing the error;
- Room ID and approximate time of disconnect;
- Description of what happened.
Requests without evidence will not be processed. Verified requests receive refund of the
entry fee to Winning Balance within 24 hours.
10. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions:
- Warning — for first-time minor violations;
- Temporary suspension — for repeated or moderate violations;
- Permanent ban — for cheating, fraud, or serious violations;
- Forfeiture of winnings — for tournaments in progress at the time of violation;
