1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive refunds for entry fees, deposits, and other charges on the Arena Rush platform. It applies to all users and supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Tournament entry refunds

2.1 Automatic refunds

Your entry fee is automatically refunded to your Winning Balance in the following cases:

• Tournament cancelled by Arena Rush — if we cancel a tournament for any reason (technical issues, insufficient participants, force majeure), full refund within 24 hours;
• Room not shared 15 minutes before match — if the room code and password are not released on time, full refund;
• Match not played — if the match cannot be conducted due to game server issues or platform failures, full refund;
• You are removed before match start — if you are disqualified before the match begins (e.g., ineligibility, wrong game format), full refund minus any applicable processing fees.

2.2 Player-initiated cancellation

Entries are final. Once you have joined a tournament, the entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please review the tournament details — game, mode, entry fee, match time, and rules — carefully before confirming your entry.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of every bracket. Late cancellations create empty slots, disrupt matchmaking, and unfairly disadvantage players who have committed to compete. By enforcing final entries, we keep tournaments predictable, fair, and full.

2.3 No-shows

If you fail to appear at the match, your entry fee is forfeited and either redistributed to legitimate participants or added to the prize pool at Arena Rush's discretion. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary account restrictions.

3. Deposit refunds

Deposits are refundable by withdrawing your Deposit Balance to your registered UPI ID at any time via the Withdraw feature in the app. Standard withdrawal processing times apply.

Deposits made via card, netbanking, or wallet cannot be refunded to the original payment method. All refunds are processed to your registered UPI ID.

4. Withdrawal reversals

Once a withdrawal request is approved and initiated, it cannot be reversed. Please verify your UPI ID carefully before submitting a withdrawal request.

If a withdrawal fails due to an invalid UPI ID or bank rejection, the amount will be credited back to your Winning Balance within 3-5 business days.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Arena Rush, your account may be suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

We encourage you to raise any billing concerns with our support team first at arenarushesports@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback.

6. Bonus and referral credits

Bonus Balance credits (from referrals, promotions, or Arena Rush gifts) are non-refundable and non-withdrawable. They may be used for tournament entries only.

Winnings generated from tournaments played with Bonus Balance are credited to your Winning Balance and are fully withdrawable, subject to a minimum tournament participation threshold to prevent abuse.
